About Rory

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a high-energy libero and vocal leader with a team-first mentality. I’m coachable, competitive, and a strong communicator who brings consistent energy as a spark on the court. I cover a lot of court, take pride in my serve/serve receive consistency, and focus on controlled, accurate passing. I play with urgency, read hitters well, excel at OOS, and bring a relentless work ethic every day.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am hardworking, competitive, and coachable. I show up ready to work, stay focused, and compete every day.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am a class officer for Student Council, in BPA (Business Professionals of America), in FCA, and in the school play. I won 2nd place in BPA Regionals in the Visual Design Team category and finished top 10 at State.

Rory is one of those players you want on the court at all times because she is just so reliable. She has a great understanding of the game and strong court vision, always seeming to be in the right spot. Her serve receive was consistently solid throughout the event, and she also brings a killer float serve that puts pressure on opposing passers. Rory plays with confidence and control and is someone her team can depend on in every rotation.
