Ruby Roberts Ruby Roberts 5'11" | MB/RS Frontier | 2027 CA , Middle Blocker at Frontier High School, embraces her role as a leader on the court. “As one of the oldest on my team, I feel the need to step into that position,” she shared. She keeps her teammates engaged by being vocal, talkative, and consistently encouraging. In high-pressure moments, Ruby focuses on letting everything else go and not allowing frustration to set in. She has been dedicating extra time to improve her passing, knowing that as a middle those reps can be hard to come by. Off the court, Ruby is known for bringing laughter and lightness to her team, helping lift spirits when energy dips. A former ballet dancer of 10 years, she discovered volleyball just two years ago and quickly fell in love with the game, bringing the discipline and body control from her dance background into her play. ~ Michelle Bamford @Coachable247
