Cusack is a true 6 rotation outside hitter. At assumption this past fall, not only did she play, but she was at the top of the varsity leader board in most categories including receptions, kills, digs, and aces. Cusack is a smart player with good court vision. While she can and does take big swings, she knows that she doesn’t always need to in order to get the job done. She often can be seen hitting the ball in just the right spot or with just the right off-speed in order to rack up points for her team. Her serve is also lethal as the bottom just drops right out of it. It will be fun to see what role she plays as she brings her talents to Wisconsin Flight VBC in Appleton.
