was a huge standout at our Wisconsin Top 250 this past November after coming off a big high school season in the Madison, Wisconsin area. She is a junior at Middleton High School where she earned All State honors as an outside hitter. She was named the Big 8 Conference Player of the Year where she is always an outlet for her side of the net. She is a point scorer in and out of system and is always a threat out of the backrow. There are some new pieces to this Madtown 17 National team where they could turn some heads in 2025. Definitely keep an eye on Newcomb who could be a nice pick up at the next level.

Sadie was one of the first athletes to catch my eyeye at the Expo. What set her apart was her clean and consistent serve receive. Then I saw her swing, and I was even more impressed. Sadie is a well-rounded and dynamic pin who showed how disciplined she was at the Expo. She stepped up and was ruthless on offense while remaining consistent on defense and serve receive.

Sadie had a huge high school season and is primed to be a huge asset for Madtown Juniors 17-1. Sadie earned Division 1 All-State Honorable Mention, which is a huge accomplishment. She was a player on the rise during the last club season, and it seems Sadie has really found her rhythm as a 6-rotation outside hitter. If her huge success during the high school season is any indication, we will be hearing Sadie’s name a lot in the coming season.

Newcombe was a big time standout at the Prep Dig Resolution for Sting United 16 Black. She has a very active arm where she will most likely score points from the outside, but she can be utilized in a variety of ways. Sting United 16 Black has notched some big time wins this season where they advanced to the gold bracket of the Badger Region Qualifier and are in line for a bid to USAV Nationals in Vegas.
