About Selah

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My motto is “Cry another day” which basically means that in a game, I refuse to let my emotions get the better of me. If I get mad, I take it out on the ball. If I get sad, I get over myself. My team needs me more than I need to cry.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’ve won several academic awards for excellence and participation all throughout middle school and even won an honor roll medal after giving a speech at my 8th grade awards night!

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m into diverse colleges or colleges with a very liberal approach to education and campus life. I’m very much interested in Film/TV I and am planning to major in it or creative writing in college.

Selah Madden Selah Madden Selah Madden 5'9" Archbishop Mitty | 2028 CA named Top Performer at PrepDig’s Exposure Tour in Northern California.

Selah set the tone with vocal leadership that never dipped. She was the first to give high fives, the loudest communicator, and the teammate who made sure hitters felt supported in every rotation. On the court, she worked hard to get her feet set early and delivered sets that matched her attackers’ preferences.

I have seen Selah compete multiple times and each time she shows growth, both in her skill set and her confidence. Her leadership and consistency helped shape the identity of her court.
