Blotsky is easily one of my favorite players of the day and an exceptional setter. What stands out most is that she combines dynamic playmaking with truly great hands, delivering accurate and timely sets that allow her hitters to excel. Beyond her technical skills, she brings a calm and composed presence to the court as she doesn’t get rattled and handles every situation in stride. She reads the defense, listens to her attackers, and consistently finds them. Her poise, court awareness, and ability to make her teammates better make her a standout, a true leader on the floor, and a stud in my book.

Sierra Blotsky Sierra Blotsky ND stood out on Day 2 with her willingness to stretch the floor and diversify the offense. She wasn’t predictable. From the sidelines, you could see her actively reading the block and adjusting tempo — pushing pace to the pins, running quick tempo in the middle, and mixing in off-speed routes to keep defenders unsettled. She showed confidence in distributing across all zones, making sure the block could not key in on one hitter.

What separated her was her fearlessness in play-calling. She wasn’t hesitant to run different routes in tight moments or trust her middles in transition. Even out-of-system, she delivered hittable balls with controlled location, giving her attackers a chance to score.
