Sloane Faulhaber’s game starts with observation. In one of her early matches, she noticed an opposing outside waiting for her setter to commit before attacking line, and instead of reacting late, she repositioned early and turned that read into defensive stops.

That kind of awareness is what allows young players to start influencing points before the ball ever crosses the net.

Her offensive growth is centered around precision. She is fine-tuning shot accuracy and placement so her swings create more than just contact, they create scoring pressure.

Outside of volleyball, leadership opportunities and visualization have become part of how she prepares, and it shows in how thoughtfully she approaches competition.

With an American bid already secured and Triple Crown in Mesa ahead, Sloane’s game feels prepared, intentional, and increasingly strategic.
