Sydney manages to improve every time I see her play. She has a quick touch on the ball and is very quick and athletic. Her solid footwork really helps her get behind balls when she is on the run. Sydney will run down any ball and is a reliable teammate.

I have had the opportunity to see Sydney play before, but she is looking better than ever. She has a quick release on the ball, was comfortable and confident running the court, and made some tough passes playable. She worked hard on every single play and would run down any ball. Sydney is a very talented setter who has picked up the speed of the offense she runs and was very impressive early in the season.

Sydney has always been very talented, but I felt that I saw a different side of her at the Expo. She was running fast-tempo sets and found a way to connect with every hitter. Sydney is a lefty and plays at 100% in every moment. Her vertical is impressive, and she took some great rips on the ball throughout the event. Sydney’s speed and consistency caught my eye and she has really leveled up her game since the last time I had the opportunity to see her play.

You could definitely tell Neilitz was having a blast playing the front row. She has a really aggressive style of play up at the net. Neilitz also puts up a big block and moves the ball from pin to pin.

Sydney was another athlete who played for the Badger Region High Performance team this past summer. She was also an impact player at the Top 250 Expo. Her jump set is consistent and has great tempo. Sydney has a lot of potential and should have a big season with FC Elite this year.
