2022 was definately Schnichels year. She made the USAV GJNC 17 Open all-Tournament Team, JVA All-National Team, AVCA High School First-Team All-America, and Class AAA All-State Team. Schnichels also racked up honors such as the AVCA Maxpreps Player of the Week (September 12th, 2022) and was named the 2022 Ms. Baden VB Winner.
