2022 was definately Schnichels year.  She made the USAV GJNC 17 Open all-Tournament Team, JVA All-National Team, AVCA High School First-Team All-America, and Class AAA All-State Team.  Schnichels also racked up honors such as the AVCA Maxpreps Player of the Week (September 12th, 2022) and was named the 2022 Ms. Baden VB Winner.  She was also invited to the USAV NDTP Summer Training and landed a spot on the JVA Watchlist and AVCA All-America Watch List. Schnichels knows how to score and can attack with a varied repertoire.
