I had the chance to watch Trapp earlier this year at a tournament in the Twin Cities, and she immediately stood out. She is a quick and efficient setter who makes smart decisions and puts the ball in good locations for her hitters. For such a young player, she shows impressive court awareness. With the graduation of Flom last spring, there will be an opportunity in the setter position at Kenyon-Wanamingo and Trapp has the tools to compete for the open varsity slot.
