Hiser is another player I wanted to see against quality competition. She is a player who has already shown she’s a high-caliber player with a top 40 ranking in the class. That ranking will improve after her performance. She was very effective in the middle and displayed a lively arm to go with great court vision. Her ability to go thumb up or down to find open zones was next level in drill work on court 3. Her skillset allowed her to slide out to the pin, and showing she can be effective there on the collegiate level was good to see.

Another player who made big strides in the last rankings update, I’m looking forward to seeing how the club season improved areas of Hiser’s game. I did see her timing and effectiveness on the slide take a leap in a positive direction in some of the spring action I was able to witness.
