The Lakers took some lumps this year with some inexperience in key spots, but Holland benefitted from some of those road bumps and should only improve from them. Holland does a variety of sets including the back set trying to put the hitters in position to succeed. Holland displayed some good passes and serves throughout the season. Her speed and communication could use some work, but she’ll improve those aspects and more with her dedication. Holland had 502 assists and 64 aces for the Lakers this past fall.
