Teagan Taylor played like she would make every ball sent her way count. I recall one sequence in a lengthy rally where she moved into a seam and took control of a hard-driven ball, then immediately followed up with another quality touch when the attack came right back at her. Taylor is a young libero that is already methodical in her approach and brings a high level of consistency to every phase of her game. She reads the court well, positions herself effectively on defense, and provides steady coverage behind her attackers. Her lethal float serve also consistently pushed teams out of system, allowing her to go on multiple long serving runs and create momentum for her team. I can’t wait to see more of Taylor as she is young libero with a bright future ahead of her.

Taylor is a freshman that earned the starting spot on varsity as the libero. She is consistent at keeping her hips behind the ball, allowing her to stay balanced and deliver controlled passes to target. She’s quick, reads the ball well, and never hesitates often making impressive one handed saves and tough digs look easy. Taylor is taking her talents to AVB Fire this club season and we can’t wait to see her rule the back court.
