A .393 hitting percentage through 35 sets so far this season. That number sits 20th in all of California and in the top three in the Central Coast Section and it belongs to a player committed to UC Riverside who has been putting up 3.9 kills per set while hitting at that efficiency against a legitimate NorCal schedule. Efficiency at .393 is not the product of getting easy balls and swinging hard. It is the product of decision-making under pressure, adjusting shot selection when the defense loads up, and converting the opportunities that count rather than the ones that pad a stat sheet. She contributes at both outside hitter and right side and her 19 aces show she is impactful on the serve as well. The full game she brings across multiple phases of a match is what earns a player this ranking and Fleming has been delivering that all fall. We can’t wait to see what she continues to do for the rest of the season. Please help us congratulate her on earning this well deserved recognition.
