About Zaniyah

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Focused, competative, and a team player who encourages teamates.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I enjoy the friendships playing volleyball brings and love watching my teammates be successful. On the court I am focused and driven, and off the court you will find me laughing and having fun. At practice, I am always looking at how I can improve my skill and am willing to put in extra time with reps and defense outside of scheduled practices.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I received an Eddie Award for my school district that goes to students who go beyond to help others. I have also received academic awards for scholastic achievements. This year in High School I joined BSU.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I enjoy doing community service involving cleaning up our city, and helping the elderly in my neighborhood.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I learned to juggle living in 2 seperate homes when my parents seperated.
