About Zoie

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a smart and scrappy OH who likes to be creative with my shots so I can consistently score points for my team.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am extremely competitive but also like to have fun on the court. I am a supportive teammate who is always cheering on my teammates.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I like to help out my HS trainer during football games as I think I may want to major in Kinesiology.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I may not be very loud but I try to lead my example. Sometimes this is hard because I am also very competitive. I love pumping up my teammates and supporting them just like they support me.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

My hearing disability has also taught me resilience and that just because I am different doesn’t mean I can’t succeed like everyone else, I just need to overcome a difficult obstacle.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am open to any and all schools.
