OMAHA – Legendary Omaha Marian head volleyball coach Rochelle Rohlfs, who claimed her 700th career victory in 2014 while leading the Crusaders to their second-straight Class A championship, has informed her team she is stepping down as coach.
Rohlfs, a co-Principal and the Athletic Director at Marian, will remain at the school in those capacities. Amy McLeay, who was promoted to co-head coach with Rohlfs last season, will take over as head coach. McLeay is a 2000 graduate of Omaha Marian and went on to become an All-American at the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
We will have a more complete story later today.
