Club Preview: Premier 15s

<p>If you want to catch a glimpse of the future stars of Nebraska high school volleyball, the 15s age division is a good place to start.</p> <p>As difficult as it is for freshmen to make an impact at the varsity level in high school, the club season allows those athletes a place to showcase their talents against each other.</p> <p>For Premier 15 Gold, however, some of their players have already made a huge name for themselves in the high school ranks.</p> <p>Nebraska recruit and Skutt Catholic all-stater <strong>Lindsay Krause</strong> combines with Papillion-LaVista all-state selection <strong>Norah Sis</strong> and Skutt Catholic teammate <strong>Cameron Cartwright</strong> to give Premier 15 Gold three outstanding weapons at the net.</p> <p>Lincoln Northeast libero <strong>Holly Ochsner</strong> and Skutt Catholic’s <strong>Olivia Rouw</strong> anchor the backrow and <strong>Phyona Schrader</strong> is among the best freshman setters in the Midwest and the 6’0 product of Ankeny High School in Iowa, where she was an honorable mention all-state selction, is set to run the offense for Premier 15 Gold.</p> <p>The team also has <strong>Mary Claire Daubendiek</strong> of Omaha Marian, <strong>Devyn Carmichael</strong> of Millard West, <strong>Sophia Steffes</strong> of Omaha Marian and <strong>Bridget Smith</strong>.</p> <p>Members of the Premier 15 Black team are <strong>Ella Bellinghausen</strong>, <strong>Andjelija Petrovic</strong>, <strong>Bre Skala</strong>, <strong>Addie Thomas</strong>, <strong>Grace Werner</strong>, <strong>Jayden Kistaitis</strong>, <strong>Emma Prentice</strong>, <strong>Paige Stobbe</strong>, <strong>Cendle Vacanti</strong> and <strong>Abigail Wolfe</strong>.</p> <p>Members of the Premier 15 Red team are <strong>Mollie Fee</strong>, <strong>Jozie Krause</strong>, <strong>Kenley Montagne</strong>, <strong>Abby Spidle</strong>, <strong>Syd Wells</strong>, <strong>Morgan Hickey</strong>, <strong>Maggie Massey</strong>, <strong>Sidney Sledge</strong>, <strong>Jill Weber</strong> and <strong>Samantha Ziebarth</strong>.</p> <p>Members of the Premier 15 Silver team are <strong>Natalie Bratetic</strong>, <strong>Delanie Ferzely</strong>, <strong>Nicole Helmberger</strong>, <strong>Claire Koch, Rachel Russell</strong>, <strong>Drew Dunham, Emma Hall, Allie Hinman, Katlyn Nelson</strong> and <strong>Alexis Westover</strong>.</p>
