Tournament Preview: National Volleyball Center

<p>The <a href="http://www.rochestermn.gov/departments/parks-and-recreation/indoor-facilities/national-volleyball-center">National Volleyball Center</a> is hosting a single-day tournament this Saturday (February 3rd) in Rochester, MN. The U16 division will see 16 teams in action while the U18 division hosts 12 total teams. </p> <p><strong>U16 Division</strong></p> <p>Four pools of four teams will open up the event to determine seeding in the tournament bracket. The top two teams from each pool will advance to the gold bracket while the third and fourth place teams will advance to the silver bracket. The top seeds in each pool are as follows: Pool A - Club Krush 16-1; Pool B - G-Force Elite 16U; Pool C - KVBC 15-1; Pool D - Stewie 14 Blue. </p> <p>Full pool seedings are as follows:</p> <p>Pool A: Club Krush 16-1, Tigers 16 Blue, SMV 16-2, Winona JO 15U<br /> Pool B: G-Force Elite 16U, Hayfield Sundogs 16s, Souther Elite Energy 16, PEM KaBoom 15U Gold<br /> Pool C: KVBC 15-1, LA Digger's 16 Purple, OYVBA 15 Blue, Rochester Storm 16-1<br /> Pool D: Stewie 14 Blue, SMV 15-1 Silver, Atomic Force 15-1, Defenders 15/16</p> <p><strong>U18 Division</strong></p> <p>With 12 teams slated to compete, teams have been seeded into three pools of four teams each to begin the event. The top two teams from each pool will advance to the gold bracket playoff with the remaining teams to compete in the silver bracket.
