1 Molten Series #1 1/5-6 Midwest Volleyball Warehouse, MN Select Volleyball Center, and M1 Volleyball Center.
The ultra competitive Molten series kicks off January 6th. These fun, bracketed days extend from January-April
2 MN Premiere Playdate 1/5-6 Andover
A nice small event to kick-off the season. Younger teams play first followed by older teams on the 6th.
3 Crossfire 1/5-6 Bethel Univ.
An affordable and well run single day tournament that’s sold out. Winning teams are always awarded T-shirts.
4 January Thaw 1-11-13 Omaha, NE
Held in conjunction with the 18’s Northern Lights National Qualifier Tournament. What this means for 18’s is that you can play in one of the three 18 Qualification Divisions of the NL Qualifier, or you can play in the 18’s non-qualification division.
5 M1 Elite Scrimmage 1/12-13 National Volleyball Center
While technically a scrimmage, this is a great event that brings many of the top teams from the metro area down to Rochester.
6 MN Select Playdate 1/12-13 Ralia Sports Center
11/12, 13/14, 15/16, 17/18 will play on the 12th and 13/14, 15/16, 17/18 also on the 13th.
7 NVC Playdate 1/13 Rochester
A great facility for play dates. Also, a nice location for Wisconsin and Iowa teams.
8 RYVA Frostbite 1/19-20 National Volleyball Center
There really couldn’t be a more appropriate name for a January tournament. Hope for a good seed in the tournament and clear roads.
8 JVA Rock’ n Rumble 1/19-20 Cleveland, OH
At the Cleveland Convention Center in downtown Cleveland, you can anticipate seeing some of the best Minnesota team’s competing along with approx. 300 other teams.
9 Big City Luau 1/26-27 Twin Cities
Hosted by Kokoro and in its 7th year. The last weekend in January so competition should be fierce as all teams will have already competed several times.
11 Heartland Blizzard Tournament 1/27 Big Lakes/Monticello
Heartland Tournaments always fill up fast; maybe because they don’t charge admission.
12 MN North Freeze 2/2-3 Duluth, MN
MN North hosts the tournament for 12’s, 14’s, 16’s and 18’s
