As freshmen, they all factored into their respective team’s arsenal and success and look forward to raising their level this coming season. Here is a quick look a some of the best sophomores in the state.
The 2022 Veterans
Brit Carlson – East Ridge | 6’4 | RS/OH
Saw action at opposite that led to quality results for the Raptors in 2018. Following an active club season with Northern Lights, Carlson should be ready to produce and score at a higher rate in the East Ridge offense. Her size also creates problems for opposing hitters at the net.

Gained invaluable experience as a young floor general of a very good Komets squad. Some of the best senior leadership and point scoring in Minnesota has graduated from the 2018 season and Converse ability to find more balance in their offense in 2019 will be key to their post-season chances.
