Club Spotlight: SKEVA

<p>Located in Bowling Green, Southern Kentucky Elite Volleyball Academy (SKEVA) is placing several teams on the floor in the 2020 club season.</p> <p>The SKEVA teams for the 2020 club season are 12 Blue, 13 Blue, 14 Blue, 14 Orange, 15 Blue, 15 Orange, 16 Blue, 16 Orange, 17 Blue and 18 Blue.</p> <p>SKEVA features players from numerous high schools in the Bowling Green area. Some of the top players in the state are among those competing for SKEVA teams. </p> <p>SKEVA has already enjoyed success in the 2020 club season. Recently, SKEVA 15 Orange won the silver bracket of the Icebreaker in Franklin, Tenn., recording multiple wins over teams from various states. </p> <p>In addition to talented players, SKEVA features many accomplished coaches that are a part of its program. SKEVA Coach Lindsey Sheffield was named the head coach of the Warren Central High School volleyball program earlier in the month. Following the current club campaign, Sheffield will turn her focus to the 2020 high school volleyball season.
