Five 1st Region Stock Risers from Week 1

<p>Multiple players from the 1st Region excelled during Week 1 of the 2020 high school volleyball season. </p> <p>Here are five 1st Region stock risers from Week 1. </p> <p><strong>Tori Browning:</strong> Through her first two matches in the 2020 high school volleyball season, prior to Hickman County competing in the 1st Region All "A" Classic, Browning, a junior defensive specialist, recorded 45 digs. Browning helped Hickman County defeat Fulton County after a loss to Carlisle County in a season opener. Browning is a solid back row hitter who digs and pursues well. </p> <p><strong>Hannah Draper:</strong> A junior setter, Draper delivered for Carlisle County in back-to-back wins over 1st District rivals Hickman County and Fulton County. In Hickman County’s first two matches in the 2020 high school volleyball season, Draper posted 27 assists, 3 digs, 1 kill and 1 service ace. A vocal leader, Draper runs offenses efficiently.</p> <p><strong>Adison Hicks:</strong> A junior outside hitter, Hicks led Calloway County over Trigg County in a 2020 high school volleyball season opener. Thriving in her 2020 debut, Hicks registered 8 kills, 21 digs, 11 assists and 2 service aces. Hicks is a strong hitter from the left side who blocks well. </p> <p><strong>Bailey Lee:</strong> A junior outside hitter, Lee helped to lead Ballard Memorial to back-to-back wins over Mayfield and Marshall County. Lee posted 21 kills, 4 assists, 20 digs and 2 service aces in her first two matches. A go-to hitter, Lee produces in both the front row and the back row. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="68125" first="Emily" last="Oliver"]:</strong> A junior middle blocker, Oliver thrived during Graves County’s first two matches in the 2020 high school volleyball season. Oliver logged 17 kills, 5 blocks, 2 assists, 18 digs and 6 service aces for Graves County, which shut out Community Christian before suffering a close loss to Christian Fellowship. Consistent, Oliver is a strong finisher.</p>
