Players to Watch
Ashlyn Warburton – Middle Blocker – HS: Bishop Blanchet – 2024
Ashlyn Warburton screams potential to anyone watching her on a volleyball court. Standing at 6’2” at such a young age, she towers everybody else on the court and even though she didn’t start playing volleyball long ago, she’s making a good process and becoming a better player fast. Her game is still somewhat raw but Warburton is already able to impact the game with her blocking and to be an interesting piece on offense.
Meredith Moszeter – Middle Blocker – HS: Mount Si – 2023
A 5’10” middle blocker, Meredith Moszeter gets the job done at the net for NW Jrs. 15 UA Black. She’s already a solid blocker and hitter down the middle and will only get better as she gets older and more experienced. Been part of a great high school program in Mount Si will certainly help Moszeter with that process.
Emily Faustino – Outside Hitter – HS: Lake Washington – 2024
Emily Faustino brings some important skills to the table when it comes to contributing to NW Jrs. 15 UA Black’s volume. A solid passer and defender, she plays an important role in the team’s system and is also able to impact at the net with her 5’7” frame. She’s part of a great high school program in Lake Washington and will only get better.
