<p>The Central Kentucky Volleyball Academy 16U Team features several talented players.</p>
<p>Taylor County High School is well-represented on the CKVA 16U Team’s roster. </p>
<p>CKVA 16U was crowned a tournament champion early in the current club volleyball season. </p>
<p>Here are three CKVA 16U players to watch. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="159347" first="Samantha" last="Akridge"]</strong> is a freshman right side hitter/middle blocker from Taylor County High School. Agile, Akridge digs for quick attacks successfully in addition to hitting consistently from both the front row and the back row. Akridge blocks well, individually and with teammates. </p>
<p><strong>Hidey Ingram</strong> is a freshman middle blocker/right side hitter from Taylor County High School. Athletic, Ingram moves well from side to side in addition to being a consistent blocker. Able to excel on both offense and defense, Ingram possesses solid jumping skills. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="159348" first="Emily" last="Melton"]</strong> is a freshman setter/outside hitter/middle blocker from Taylor County High School. A versatile player, Melton possesses strong communication skills and covers the court extensively. A vocal leader who identifies blockers well, Melton can set and hit from various parts of the court routinely. </p>
