Big Arms in 17 Open at SummerFest

She has good six-rotation skills and contributed well all around the floor, including with her ball control and defense as well as from the service line. She and her team finished 5th on the weekend in 17Open.</p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="114532" first="Kira" last="Holland"] - OH | AVC<br /> Holland had a big offensive weekend in helping AVC earn a 3rd place finish in 17Open. She had a big workload offensively and produced well in matches watched versus Paramount and Elevation. She has a long frame at 6’0 and swings high to challenge the block well above the net and can move the ball around with good range and pace.</p> <p><strong>Gabby Konrad</strong> - OH/RS | EC Power KOP<br /> Konrad had a solid first day of competition at the pin helping lead her team to a 3-0 finish and winning their pool to advance to the gold bracket. She has a solid arm, swings aggressively and has ability to be able to score from either side of the court. </p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="114559" first="Katie" last="Wilking"] - MB | TSE<br /> Wilking has ability to be an impact offensive option from the middle when the ball control and transition work creates opportunities for her. She has good range and power and is versatile in her point production in front and behind the setter. She has good blocking mechanics as well and can apply good pressure to attackers. TSE finished 5th overall.</p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="140479" first="Reilly" last="Zegunis"] - MB | Far Out<br /> The 6’1 middle is very active in Far Out’s effort. She has good athleticism and is very assertive to help create her offensive opportunities. One of the more impressive qualities is her ability to create good space and rip the ball with power and range through both sides of the floor around the block. Defensively, she can put up an aggressive big block as well. </p>
