Standout Players
Ball has a really accurate and tough serve that takes opponents out-of-system and off balance. She also makes some really tough defensive plays to keep her team in the rally. I never doubted Ball would get to the 2nd ball every time with her speed and ability to read the ball off the pass. She has soft hands, a quick release, and is a smart distributor.
Ball takes a monster swing from either pin, and when she’s on fire, she is unstoppable. She is always ready to take a swing, no matter where she is. Ball knows where to place the ball in order to score. She was a key piece to Nova’s big wins at the Showcase. Ball will be a highly sought-after recruit and will be moving into the 2025 rankings very soon.
Swenson sets up a strong block on the defensive side of things. She adjusts and gets around the block in order to nail the line shot. Swenson has the ability to find high hands or use a lot of power. She’s really finding her flow, and she has a really fast arm swing.
This pin is extremely good at finding a way to score. Kratochvil works around the block and uses the opposing block effectively. She can also power through the block with a heavy arm. Kratochvil is a very smart attacker who led the Pequot Lakes squad with her dominant style on the pins. She’s an uncommitted attacker who is solid in serve-receive, can hit a hard line, pound the split, use a smart roll shot, and has great placement.

McTeague is an outside hitter who knows how to terminate an out-of-system attack. Concordia’s attacker has made her way onto the watchlist because of her ability to lead on the outside. McTeague is currently uncommitted but would be a fantastic add at the next level.
