. Shook terminated 4.3 kills per set on the weekend including 14 kills while hitting .400 in a 2-1 win over Wooster. She is currently hitting .472 on the season. Lanicek, a 6’0 middle, had a lot of success in 2021 and has picked up right where she left off averaging 3.5 kills per set. She also had 14 kills versus Wooster while adding three blocks for her best single-match production at Saturday’s tournament. She is a handful in the middle for opponents as she is terminating 47% of her opportunities to complement the big space she can fill on the defensive side. They return to conference play on Tuesday versus Hopewell-Loudon (3-3).
