We are beyond excited to bring this to our readers. A lot of the analysis has come from watching these players in person and also by watching the amazing footage that has been uploaded to everyone’s recruiting profiles. We have been talking to a lot of coaches across the country and this class is littered with college prospects. The following players showed us all that they deserved to be added to the rankings due to their individual performances.
Henley Anderson Henley Anderson 6'4" | OH Dripping Springs | 2026 State TX [2026] 6-4 Outsides (HS: Dripping Springs/Club: Austin Performance/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Please welcome Miss Anderson officially to the State Rankings. Henley is currently ranked as the best overall prospect in the 2026 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She stars on the left side for Dripping Springs High School and also plays for the Austin Performance program. Everyone who is anyone in the sport knows this young lady’s name as she is one of the best recruits in the nation in her class. I was able to watch her in person a few times this year and she has all of the tools that will keep her at the top of our rankings for a long time. While everyone will gawk at her size and power while hitting, I see someone who can speed up both her footwork and arm swing at will. She already has a great understanding of moving the ball around the block in order to score in a variety of ways. I love how confident she is knowing that she is going to be strategized against from every coach she competes with. While I was at their club practice to watch their team’s compete, Henley worked very hard at her craft and battled with every age group that they scrimmaged against. We are going to love covering her for the next four years and watch her blossom into one of the best volleyball players to come out of the state of Texas in a long time. Please help us congratulate her on being listed as the best in the state.
Halle Thompson Halle Thompson 6'1" | OH Grand Oaks | 2026 State TX [2026] 6-1 Outside (HS: Grand Oaks/Club: Houston Skyline/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Please welcome Miss Thompson officially to the State Rankings. Halle is currently ranked as the 2nd best overall prospect in the 2026 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays for Grand Oaks High School and also for the Houston Skyline volleyball club. Halle has everything you want in an outside hitter as she is an all around player who has very few weaknesses. She is a true six-rotation player who is as dominant in the back row as she is in the front row. She can hurt you from every location on the court. Having her be able to pass and dig in the back row is super special due to how scary her offensive game is from the attack line. Her squad can run her in play sets and add a fourth dangerous option to score with. Due to her length and amazing athleticism, her team is always a threat because of her ability to dig the ball at a very high level. She has supreme ball control and very good body control when digging laterally outside of her wingspan. She is able to push off well and extend that defensive range well beyond the normal back row player. If anyone can take over the number one position in our rankings for this grad class in the future is it Miss Thompson. Please help us congratulate her on achieving this great honor.
Blair Thiebaud Blair Thiebaud 5'11" | S College Station | 2026 State TX [2026] 5-11 Setter (HS: College Station/Club: Houston Skyline/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Please welcome Miss Thiebaud officially to the State Rankings. Blair is currently ranked as the 3rd best overall prospect and top setter in the 2026 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays for College Station High School and also for the Houston Skyline volleyball club. Having a setter who is able to play all around and not come off of the court is a godsend for any coach as it saves subs and allows for consistency of the set location and tempo for the attackers. Because of her length and ability to battle at the net, she is key for any team that she is on. I love how consistent her release is on every set location. She has a very aggressive and pinpoint accurate serve that has been stifling to opposing serve receivers when I have watched her play. Her jump sets are next level and she looks like a seasoned veteran already at her young age. There is not a set that she cannot replicate and I love watching her go “against flow” while out of system. Blair is a true joy to watch and we are glad that we get to see her junior volleyball journey for the next four years. Help us congratulate her on earning the top setter honor in our state rankings.
