<p>The second wave of the Red Rock Rave Junior National Qualifier started on March 11th and ended on March 13th. The age group represented was sixteen through eighteen. This huge event was held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. There were twelve divisions and a total of 878 teams who participated. Out of that total, 374 teams were from California. 17 Open had 39 teams, 17 from CA. 17 USA had 63 teams, 23 from CA. 17 Liberty had 56 teams, 23 from CA. 17 American had 128 teams, 78 from CA. Here are the results.</p>

<p>17 OPEN: Two California teams placed in this division. With a record of 8-2, Coast 17 Rodrigo took 2nd place capturing a silver medal and bid to Nationals. Coached by Rodrigo Suelotto, Andy Kim, and Katie Meyers these following players took home silver: Sophia Meyer, [player_tooltip player_id='161291' first='Ruby' last='Ennis'], [player_tooltip player_id='162766' first='Dakota' last='Conway'], [player_tooltip player_id='186815' first='Madison' last='Triplett'], [player_tooltip player_id='160960' first='Ximena' last='Cordero'] Barr, [player_tooltip player_id='160966' first='MacKenzie' last='Parsons'], [player_tooltip player_id='536156' first='Sara' last='Dahl'], Hayley Ogden, Alana Larson, Tiana Owens, Jaidyn Jager, Nalani Muniz, and [player_tooltip player_id='161007' first='Jessica' last='Bates']. </p>

<p>Coached by Juliana Conn, Kevin Hodge, and Kara Hanes, third place in 17 open with a record of 9-1 belongs to Wave 17 Juliana. Receiving a bid to Nationals and silver medal are Holly MacGaffey, [player_tooltip player_id='195182' first='Rubi' last='Harrington'], Amelia Bechtel, [player_tooltip player_id='195428' first='Jade' last='Fritzinger'], [player_tooltip player_id='292903' first='Emma' last='Rowell'], Josephine Gore, Kate Whiteley, Carly Bloom, Gemma Larbalestier, Kaualani Tupuola and Ava Pearce.</p>

<p>17 LIBERTY: Absolute 17 Pink with a record of 9-1 came in 2nd place. Coached by Ronald Smith and Vanna Marquez, Absolute Pink took home a silver medal and solidified their bid to Nationals.
