Rising Stock 15s

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We are on the back half of our club season now. We have been able to see a ton of players so far. There are players we knew would be outstanding, players that shocked us with how much they have grown in their athleticism and skills, and some we just didn't know where out there. We are taking a look at those who are skyrocketing up in the world of Oklahoma volleyball. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">East Side:</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='297122' first='Quincee' last='Carabello']</strong> #11, Libero for UPVBC 15 Elite. She attends the powerhouse private school, Victory Christian. She plays front row and back row for them but in club, for UPVBC 15 Elite, she is their libero. Her ability to read and get a good jump on the ball makes her elite at this position within the state. She can cover a ton of court in a short amount of time. I look forward to her continued success and growth over the next few years. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Savanah Wright </strong>#3, Setter for Virago 15-1. Savanah attends Jenks High School, who just finished as 6A runner ups this past season. She is surrounded by talented teammates and coaches. Mix this with her great work ethic and attitude, you have a player that could explode on the high school season very soon. Virago 15-1 currently has the most wins in the state in the 15s division and Savannah's serving/setting has a lot to do with it. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">West Side:</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='301377' first='Skylar' last='Brady']</strong> #1, Middle Blocker for Peak 15-1. Skylar will be a name you will want to know going forward. She is far more skilled than most 17s/18s, yet alone other 15s. She has a big part in her team being ranked 5th IN THE NATION. Her lateral quickness and power just puts her in a whole different realm than most of the opposing middles she faces. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='317563' first='Taylor' last='Rattay']</strong> #6, Libero for OK Charge 15UA. Taylor is a sparkplug for her team. She can make a big play at any moment and get her team pumped up. She does a really good job of always moving to do the next job and not getting caught watching. Her team is also ranked impressively in the top 50 of the nation!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='301380' first='Olivia' last='Branum']</strong> #7, Setter for Peak 15-1. Olivia is definitely a leader for this team. She will likely be one of the best setters in high school this coming season. Look for her high school team to start gaining momentum and following her leadership and competitiveness up the charts. Her ability to get to just about every ball, serve bullets, and put up a disciplined block allows her to impact the game in all sorts of ways. Her and this team have already earned a bid, the rest of the season will be them sharpening their tools to bring home a national championship. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Wrap Up</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>National qualifiers are abundant and hopping like bunnies on Easter.
