Five Setters to Catch at Motor City Madness Showcase

We got some great, young talent on tap for Friday night and we're here to preview some you need to know!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Let's take a look at the field of middle blockers coming out to the Motor City Madness showcase!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {"level":4} --> <h4 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='226904' first='Emma' last='Keeping'] - Imlay City/Michigan Elite</h4> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>There's no denying that [player_tooltip player_id='226904' first='Emma' last='Keeping'] is one of the top emerging players in the 2026 class. She's a do-it-all type of athlete and makes impact anywhere you put her. Keeping is stud at the setter position, in particular, and she elevates any offense she runs.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {"level":4} --> <h4 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='156328' first='Samantha' last='Roffi'] - Garden City/Michigan Elite</h4> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A lot of these setters on this list could excel in multiple positions. Roffi is another one of those players. While undersized, Roffi brings the heat with her elevated IQ. A talented setter with a lot of potential, Rich is going to be a good one to watch at the Motor City Madness Showcase.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {"level":4} --> <h4 class="wp-block-heading">Lili Smith - Flushing/Michigan Elite</h4> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Right alongside Roffi, not only does Smith has her hands in running the offense, but Smith can also double as an impact attacker for Elite's 16 Elite squad. Her versatility brings a lot to the table and she is quite impressive to watch in action.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {"level":4} --> <h4 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='172204' first='Caitlin' last='O'Neill'] - Skyline/L2</h4> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Rounding out the crew of setters, O'Neill is coming off of a big high school season at Skyline where she really took her game to another level.
