Friedrichs moves with a lot of confidence whether she is in the front row or the back row. She takes a big swing out of the back row and puts a lot of pressure on from behind the service line.
Goldsmith runs a 5-1 for Vital Volleyball ‘ last=”] 15-1 and she does a solid job of giving her outsides a nice high ball to show off their athleticism. She puts up a disciplined block on the opposing outside attacker and handles the tight passes with smart choices. I really like the aggressive approach Barker takes to the ball. She takes a hard swing through the block, takes a sharp angle and takes the ball out of bounds off the blocker’s hands or goes high and works the back line to score points for her squad.

Lane takes a big aggressive approach on the pin. She does a nice job setting up the block and fronting the attacker.
