Reese Resmer Reese Resmer 6'0" | MB Noblesville | 2026 State IN , 5-11 MB, Noblesville, Boiler Juniors
Where else would we start then the MVP of last year’s AAUs? Reese is an explosive, long and lean middle that could probably play anywhere along the front line in the fall of ’26. For now, she’s a dynamic and fast middle that can be either an M1 or an M2. Her transition is quick, her springy nature makes her better than middles her size and her speed beats every middle that’s over six feet.
Elli Strecker, 6-2 MB, Zionsville, Team Indiana
Elli is the definition of a big middle. Her length and defensive capabilities leads most opponents to think that she’s taller than her actual height dictates. I like her ability to go from pin to pin with ease on defense, but coaches will like the entire package you get when observing Miss Strecker. She does everything well, which is hard to say for most athletes in the 15u age group.
Sophia Gisslen Sophia Gisslen 5'9" | S Carroll | 2026 State IN , 5-9 S, Carroll, Team Pineapple
From a successful high school program to a successful club program, Sophia comes from a family and a background of volleyball success. I like her high hands, her ability to set any ball in any situation, and her teammates’ trust in her getting the ball to the right players in the right spot. Sophia is an 18u player in a 15u body, and she’s only going to get better from here.
Keira Dommer Keira Dommer 5'8" | S Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran | 2026 State IN , 5-10 S, Concordia Lutheran, Summit
Speaking of Fort Wayne-area setters, Keira has been doing this at a high level for just as long as Sophia. Add an inch and longer arms, and you have Miss Dommer, who defends her position as well as she plays it. This is yet another in a long line of setters from the Fort Wayne area that can run a 5-1 now, at any age group.
Kylie Wilson Kylie Wilson 5'10" | OH Fishers | 2026 State IN , 5-9 OH, Fishers, Munciana
We can’t have an opening list of players in the class of ’26 without mentioning a Munciana kid. Kylie is a primary passing outside for the R.I.S.E. (15-1) squad at Munciana, and can attack from both pins well. She’s even dabbled a bit in the middle, showing just how well-rounded she is moving forward. Realistically, Miss Wilson is a pin attacker, most likely passing and attacking from the left.
