Here are the 2026 attackers that caught our eye at the 2023 Oregon Stock Up Showcase.
Clark, a lefty opposite, was explosive from the right side during the showcase. Standing at an intimidating 6’1”, Clark does an excellent job of using her height, powerful approach, and fast arm swing to put the ball away consistently. She is a versatile attacker and can move the ball around well. Clark also puts up a formidable block on the right side.
Highlights
Johnson, the current #1 right side hitter for the class of 2026, is always a fun player to watch. She has made some crazy improvements just over the past year, and has become so much more dynamic since moving from the middle to the pins. Johnson is super quick and athletic, and with her incredibly impressive vertical and fast arm swing, she consistently puts the ball away.
Highlights
Currently ranked as the #5 overall player for the class of 2026, outside hitter Ross showcased her immense finesse in all aspects of the game on Saturday. Ross has a hammer of an arm, which she used to bang balls left and right during the showcase. Her heavy arm, combined with her solid vertical and powerful approach, made Ross deadly during the scrimmages.
Highlights
Savage is an insanely athletic outside hitter with a ton of potential. Savage jumps out of the gym, and she impressed us quickly on Saturday with her vertical, which she uses well to put the ball away. Not only is Savage quick and physical, but she is also a versatile attacker and moves the ball around the court well. Savage will be fun to watch over the next few years.
Toomer caught our eye early on during the showcase. The left-handed right side hitter is super athletic, combining an impressive vertical, an explosive approach, and a quick arm swing to hit deep into the court. Toomer has a lot of potential, and it will be exciting to see how she continues to grow as a player.
