[player_tooltip player_id='239063' first='Taylor' last='Williams'] was unstoppable on both sides of the ball, leading her team in digs with 22 and tacking on 11 kills. Taylor's defense made her stand out from the crowd getting some amazing saves, as well as covering a large portion of the court. She serve received 38 balls over 4 sets only making 1 error. Even though her team didn't come out with the win, Taylor was a top performer on both sides of the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='179890' first='Taylor' last='Porter']- Cy Ranch

[player_tooltip player_id='179890' first='Taylor' last='Porter'] led all hitters in kills with 20 against Langham Creek over 4 sets. The Vandy commit playing very much like a senior leader throughout the game, and her hands seemed to be on every ball she could touch both offensively and defensively. Her fast offensive tempo made her very hard to block and defend, and she was a master at shots all night.

[player_tooltip player_id='268779' first='Zora' last='Bello']- Cy Ranch

Underclassman [player_tooltip player_id='268779' first='Zora' last='Bello'] has taken on a huge role on this team this year, playing 6 rotations and both sides of the ball. Zora has solidified herself as an offensive threat this year, and she showed up to this match swinging away. Her connection with her hitters was spot on, with both outsides having 37 combined kills for the night. The sophomore brought a lot of energy and was reliable in tight plays, and remained consistent in all 4 sets.

[player_tooltip player_id='212727' first='Jordan' last='Taylor'] - Langham Creek

Fan favorite 6'5'' [player_tooltip player_id='212727' first='Jordan' last='Taylor'] did her job and more during the close 4-set match. She exited the game with 6 blocks, but did a whole lot for Langham Creeks defense, and forced Cy Ranch hitters to hit around her. The back row had an amazing defensive game because of Jordan's presence at the net. In the 2nd set, Jordan went on a 3-point run of back-to-back kills that Cy Ranch did not have an answer for.

[player_tooltip player_id='155125' first='Taryn' last='Gilreath'] - Cy Ranch

Senior setter [player_tooltip player_id='155125' first='Taryn' last='Gilreath'] has improved her game offensively, not as a setter but as a hitter, really proving her athleticism in multiple facets of the game. The senior is approaching 1,000 career assists and averaging 5 assists per set right now. Taryn made some great pressure decisions with the ball late in the 4th set that helped to solidify the win.

Under Classmen Watchlist:

Kaylee Parker- Cy Ranch

Kaylee Parker had one of the better games I have seen her play this season, finishing with 17 kills. Kaylee seems to be playing confident when in system and had some heavy swings to really put stops to Langham Creek's late runs. While she is not playing 6 rotations, she did her job on offense Tuesday night and held her own passing a lot of balls in serve receive as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='443045' first='Sophie' last='West'] - Langham Creek

Freshman right-side [player_tooltip player_id='443045' first='Sophie' last='West'] came up big on the net in clutch moments for the Lobos. She finished the night with 4 blocks and made a huge impact on the momentum shift for Langham Creek. While Sophie wasn't super active in the offense, she did her job at the net securing the block for her team. I am excited to see what this freshman does over the next 3 years.

[player_tooltip player_id='254251' first='Kinsley' last='Hooper']- Cy Ranch

The sophomore DS found herself splitting time with the libero as the game went on Tuesday night. Her 5-run serving run that included 2 aces and 7 digs off the bench. She played both left-back and middle-back defense, really dominating Cy Ranch's rotational defense and with no errors in serve receive, it was easy to see why the coach left her in.
