She has some touch to her offensive game as an attacker, hitting a soft chip to the corner or dropping a roll shot into a perfect spot for a kill. At 5'8, the multi-sport athlete has the size and athleticism to compete at the net and the strength to set a long slide or push the ball outside to the pin. She has a forceful jump float that gives passers trouble with it's excellent pace. She can backpedal and still throw a set to the pin or dial up a laser to her middle running the 31 in the seam. Her defense is terrific, she has the strength to handle hard shots and the calm platform when she reads an off speed shot headed her way. The Lions were back in the upper part of the MCC and Stemp played well all season. She has great reactions defensively and on balls tight to the net, she was dealing for a talented Shockwave squad at the Matt Hartner before the tournament was canceled. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='480054' first='Quinn' last='Erickson']</strong> The La Center Wildcats featured Erickson as part of the 6-2 setter rotation and she showed off her connection with her attackers as the team had a huge season finishing 3rd at state in the 1A class. Erickson has 20 assists and 7 digs in the state semi-final, showing off her quality decision-making and gritty all-around game. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='459088' first='Brooklyn' last='Weynands']</strong> The 5'7 setter nearly finished with 1000 assists in her initial high school campaign, showing great location and decision making finding her powerful pin hitters at Burlington-Edison. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='481226' first='Emery' last='McMurray']</strong> Playing for CPA out of Spokane for the 2024 club season, McMurray is a Mt. Spokane 2027 prospect with a good frame who works hard on the court to run down the second ball.
