And as a result, my stock risers article will be a multi-part series to try and cover as many names as possible! Let’s dive right in.
There is so much you can say about the incredible level that Olivia Durst Olivia Durst 5’9″ | DS/L DSHA | 2025 State #140 Nation WI plays at and because of that she moved from 4th to 3rd in the rankings. She is committed to Michigan State and has been a key piece of the DSHA squad who is back-to-back state champions. She led the team in aces (72), digs (502), and service receptions (516) and had over 100 assists. Olivia never misses a beat on the court. She is calm, smart, and confident with an incredibly high volleyball IQ. Her ability to play consistently and low error on serve receive just add to her already high level of play. In her 516 service receptions during the high school season, she only got aced 14 times. That is an almost unheard-of number. Olivia was named 2nd Team All-State and was named to the Division 1 All-Tournament Team. She will be playing with Sting 17 Gold this club season and will be a fun athlete to watch play.
Highlights
Jordan moved from 7th to 5th in the rankings. She is another player who has only continued to impress at the highest level of play. She played with FC Elite 18 Elite last season and will be on that team again. Jordan runs the court confidently and is no stranger to performing under pressure. She has run a 5-1 for DSHA the past two seasons, both ending in state championships. Jordan had 1,174 assists this season and contributed 271 digs and 63 aces. She was named 1st Team All-State for her contributions this season. Jordan will play for the 2nd year at the 18 Open level which only better prepares her for the next level of play.
Highlights
Eva broke into the top 10 in the state in this ranking update. She jumped from the 17th to the 10th spot. Every time I have seen her play, whether during the club season, high school, or at the Top 250 Expo, she has truly impressed me with her play, sportsmanship, and positive demeanor on the court. She manages to be an amazing competitor while still very much enjoying every moment. That is a very tough balance to find, especially at the level of play she is at. Eva led her high school team to the state semifinals and contributed 287 kills, 221 digs, and 346 service receptions throughout the season. She earned 2nd Team All-State honors this season. Eva is a high-volume player who can play all six rotations and is an offensive weapon in both the front and back row.
Hailey continues to establish herself as the top right side in the state. She is talented enough to play all six rotations on either pin. What sets her apart as a right side is her blocking talent. She is explosive, has great timing, and a great press at the net. Hailey is the player you want as your first line of defense against big hitters. She improved from 18th to 11th with this rankings update. During the high school season, Hailey earned All-State Honorable Mention honors.
Highlights
Madison is another highly talented right side in this class. She is an explosive offensive weapon who is very well-rounded and plays great out of right back. Madison is fearless at the net and takes big swings. She also has a lethal serve. Madison’s versatility and power define her play. She is a solid blocker as well and is always ready in transition to put a ball away. She has won back-to-back Division 2 state championships with Xavier and was named to the All-Tournament Team this season. Madison jumped from 20th to 12th in the rankings.
Annika moved up one spot from 22nd to 21st in the rankings. She was another part of the Xavier program that has won back-to-back state championships. Annika was on the All-Tournament Team. Annika plays tough and gritty volleyball. She is reliable in every aspect of her game and is lethal in her pass to attack. Annika can make any play work for her and is aggressive and fearless on the court.
Teegan is another gritty pin who works hard on every single point. She gets a lot of touches on the ball and rarely makes errors. She took on a massive role with Appleton North this season and was relentless at the state tournament. Teegan earned All-State Honorable Mention honors this season and is looking to have a huge club season this year. Teegan is one of the most well-rounded pins in this class and improved from 26th to 24th in the rankings.
Highlights
Brooke jumped from 33rd to 25th in the rankings. She had a dominant performance at state and is one of the top uncommitted middles in this class. Brooke never gives up on the court and moves pin to pin quickly to put up an absolute wall of a block. Brooke also makes herself available nearly every time the ball comes over and can take powerhouse swings, even during the quickest transition plays. Brooke earned All-State Honorable Mention this season.
Morgan jumped ten spots in the rankings from 36th to 26th. Morgan makes quick, powerful plays. Her approach is explosive, and her arm swing is lightning-fast. Morgan is a player who makes big plays in big moments and is a huge energizer on the court. She can play in all six rotations and has developed into a very versatile pin hitter who can make an impact on nearly every point. Morgan earned All-State Honorable Mention honors this season.
Highlights
Greta is a player on the rise and she isn’t slowing down anytime soon. She is a lefty setter who can set and swing. At 5’11”, she can play all six rotations and is very well-rounded in her play. She improved from 40th to 31st. Greta caught my eye numerous times last club season and had a huge high school season as well. She only becomes more powerful and consistent every time I see her play. Greta earned All-State Honorable Mention honors this season.
Chloe is a player who has been consistently rising in the rankings every update. She only continues to improve at an incredibly rapid rate. Chloe is dynamic and explosive, a dangerous combination for a middle blocker. She is an absolute wall at the net and is equally valuable on offense and defense. Chloe will be a player on a lot of college coaches’s radars as we head into the upcoming club season. Chloe was All-State Honorable Mention this past season.
Sam was so impressive at the Top 250 Expo. She has a deep toolbox of shots that she can utilize at any moment. Sam makes smart choices to earn points and has fantastic court vision and awareness. She can also take massive rips on the ball. Whether she is on the outside, on the right side, or in the back row, Sam adds value to every play she is a part of. Sam jumped from 45th to 38th in the most recent rankings update.
