We have been watching the 2026 class very closely throughout the entire club season. A lot of the analysis has come from watching these players in person and also by watching the amazing footage that has been uploaded to everyone’s recruiting profiles. We have been talking to a lot of coaches across the country and this class is littered with college prospects. The following players showed us all that they deserved to be added to the rankings due to their individual performances.
Anna Flores Anna Flores 6'0" | S Keller | 2026 State TX [2026] 6-0 Setter/Right Side (HS: Keller/Club: Texas Advantage Volleyball/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Please officially welcome Miss Flores to the State Rankings. She is currently ranked as the 63rd best overall prospect in the 2026 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays for Keller High School and also for the Texas Advantage Volleyball club. Miss Flores is a silky smooth and super accurate setter who has very few flaws in her game. She has been on our watch list for a while now and has earned her place on the Official State Rankings with solid and consistent high-level play. Although this is her first time being listed, from what I can see, she will be moving up this list in a hurry if she stays on this course. She is one of the architects of one of the most prolific and high-powered offenses in the country. What stands out to me is her ability to disguise her back sets with the same posture that she uses for her front sets. This gives her opposite attackers great splits or one on one situations to hit against. I have a feeling that this young lady will be on some big division I roster in a few years. In the meantime, please help us congratulate her on earning a spot and being named one of the best players in our State Rankings.
Emma Elsasser Emma Elsasser 6'1" | MB Tompkins | 2026 State TX [2026] 6-1 Middle (HS: Tompkins/Club: Houston Juniors /Verbal: Uncommitted)
Please welcome Miss Elsasser to the prestigious State Rankings. She is currently ranked as the 65th best overall prospect in the 2026 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays for Tompkins High School and also for the Houston Juniors volleyball club. We have watched Emma work her way onto our radar with some solid play. Not only does she do a phenomenal job at the net, but we also like the way she plays defense out of left back after her serve. Not all middles are capable of digging balls and truly helping in the rally, but Emma is one of those rare few who can do it at a high level. As an attacker, I really like how she drives hard toward her setter during her attack approach. You can always count on her to be full of fire and cheering on every single one of teammates. Any coach who recruits her will certainly see how much she can offer to a roster both on and off the court. We will be watching her growth over the next few years and you should also. We are very proud to have her listed on our website. Please help us congratulate her on earning a spot in our State Rankings.
Jenna Thedford Jenna Thedford 5'8" | DS/L Dawson | 2026 State TX [2026] 5-8 Libero (HS: Dawson/Club: Houston Skyline /Verbal: California Baptist)
Please welcome Miss Thedford officially to the State Rankings. She is currently ranked as the 67th best overall prospect in the 2026 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays for Pearland Dawson High School and also for the Houston Skyline volleyball club. I have seen a lot of liberos in my 24 years in the sport of volleyball and Miss Thedford is so much fun to watch. I love the way she uses her platform to dig hard driven balls. The way she absorbs the contact with her entire body is astounding. It keeps the ball on her side of the court for her setter to run offense off of it. Liberos need to be masters at using every part of their body while they play and Jenna does exactly that. She can be seen using some awesome emergency techniques in order to keep the ball off of the ground. I absolutely love how she is able to fly across the court to pick up balls that are well beyond anyone else’s normal reach. The secret to her success is her amazing reaction timing. Her fast-twitch muscle fibers are out of this world. Please help us congratulate her on being named one of the best players in the state of Texas.
