Here are five athletes from five different clubs from around the state that should see some solid offers in the coming months prior to their senior years.
Harper Holden Harper Holden 6'0" | MB Greenfield Central | 2025 State IN , 6-0, Greenfield-Central, Academy
Big and physical, Harper has been on my radar as a solid M2 pickup for a couple of years now. Her strong shoulder, combined with elite attack vision, has built her brand into a reliable and consistent middle option for those looking for one. I also like her affability. Easy to play with, easy to coach, and easy to cheer on, Harper would be a nice addition on any collegiate roster.
Josie Myers Josie Myers 6'2" | MB Cathedral | 2025 State IN , 6-2, Cathedral, Munciana
Long and lean, Josie has arms for days, which make her appear taller than her 6-2 frame suggests. Her attack point is very high, she transitions and jumps well, and is getting that upper-level Munciana training this year. Of the middles that remain uncommitted in this class, none are as tall or play as high as Josie.
Ryane Spoonemore, 5-11, Tri-West, Circle City
Shorter than average, but faster than most in this position, Ryane could be an M1 or an M2 for a smaller school at the next level. I’m especially fond of her relentless attitude and work ethic—her fiery demeanor on the court and positive vibe she exudes makes her look like someone easy to play with. She has a fast arm to go with that fast-footed transition, making her tougher for the bigger, lumbering middles to defend against.
Kaitlyn Oakley Kaitlyn Oakley 5'11" | MB North Posey | 2025 State IN , 5-11, North Posey, Metro
Another long and lean middle from near Evansville, Kaitlyn is an M2, with footwork that leads me to believe she could play right side at the next level as well. Her high attack touch beats a lot of smaller, less length blockers, and she excels at attacking in front of the setter. Although narrow, her block penetrates well, and takes up space on defense.
Sophia Fuquay Sophia Fuquay 5'11" | MB Charlestown | 2025 IN , 5-11, Charlestown, Union
A solid M2 pickup for any program, Sophia is a big and physical middle that thrives on attacks in front of the setter. Her attack is aggressive, she moves well on defense from pin to pin, and does all of the little things that need not be taught when she arrives on a college campus in the fall of 2025.
