2028 Rankings Update: Top Debuting Hitters

She plays club ball with [program_tooltip program_id='428892' first='PVA' last=''] and has a smooth approach.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='562379' first='Chloe' last='Seals']</strong>, 5'11”, MB, St. James Academy</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Seals debuts in the No. 14 slot. Seals is a [program_tooltip program_id='428892' first='PVA' last=''] teammate of Housworth's. The outside hitter debuts in the rankings at No. 20 overall.
