[player_tooltip player_id='534291' first='Gentry' last='Barker'] [2027] 5-10 Outside (HS: Lovejoy/Club: [program_tooltip program_id='431200' first='Madfrog' last='']/Verbal: Uncommitted)

Gentry is currently ranked as the best overall prospect in the 2027 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays volleyball at the famed Lovejoy High School and will suit up for [program_tooltip program_id='431200' first='Madfrog' last=''] this coming club season. The only way you have not heard about this young lady in the sport of volleyball is if you have been living under a rock. And even then I'm sure it is chiseled somewhere in that stone that she is a beast with the ball in her hands. Although I have seen her quite a few times over this past season in big national tournaments, I was very eager to see her in our T-shirt and performing on a court right in front of us in our drills. Needless to say, she was every bit the star that was described in previous articles. There is no doubt in my mind that she is destined for greatness in this sport and we are front and center for her journey. What truly stands out more than anything is the speed of her down swing on every attack. Blessed with a very electric swing, the ball just disappears when she makes contact with it. I also loved how just when everyone thought she was going to swing hard angle, she was able to turn on the ball and either throttle it down the line or tool the blocker for a kill out of bounds. She is the real deal and total package, so I strongly encourage every college coach in the country to take notice. While most will have something to say about her height in relation to others in her position, I would gladly take her into battle any day of the week and twice on Sunday. We are very proud of her and can't wait to see her again very soon. Please help us congratulate her on earning a Top Performer award.

[player_tooltip player_id='483354' first='Aubrey' last='Easterwood'] [2026] 6-4 Middle (HS: John Paul II/Club: Dallas Skyline/Verbal: Uncommitted)

Aubrey is currently an unranked prospect in the 2026 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings, but is on our official Watch List. After seeing her this past season and in this showcase, she will definitely make the State Rankings in the next update. She plays volleyball at John Paul II High School and club for the Dallas Skyline volleyball program. Miss Easterwood was one of if not the best middle at the showcase on Sunday. Her gameplay during the scrimmage portion was unstoppable on the offensive end. Blocking-wise she truly put on a show shutting down opposing hitters with ease. I love how she uses some awesome body control in order to adjust in mid-air to take away angles from would be scorers. Although she had some fast lateral quickness on full display to close the block on the pins, there were times when the set location allowed for her arms to be able to reach over a bit more to seal the seam away. Aubrey definitely was up to the challenge and provided a wall that helped her diggers in the back row to set up perfectly in place to defend. We are very proud of her in winning this award that was given out by our court coaches and scouts. Please help us congratulate her on earning a Top Performer award at the showcase.

[player_tooltip player_id='235445' first='Julianna' last='Hernandez'] [2026] 5-6 Libero (HS: Frisco Memorial/Club: [program_tooltip program_id='431308' first='Texas' last='Advantage']/Verbal: Baylor)

Jules is currently ranked as the 6th best overall prospect and top libero in the 2026 class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays volleyball at Frisco Memorial High School and also for the famed [program_tooltip program_id='431308' first='Texas' last='Advantage'] Volleyball club program. Miss Hernandez is one of my favorites to watch play defense as she is highly skilled and has so much fun playing the sport. I have really had fun getting to know her and think very highly of her personality on and off the court. She comes from a great family and is the ultimate teammate. Recently she committed to Baylor University and they have gotten their next great libero that will for sure be an immediate impact player for their talented squad. She is a genius with her platform and understands angles like a true pro. One thing that sets her apart is her pursuit of the ball. It is almost as if she has some sort of cheat code to the game and knows where the ball is going to end up before it gets to it. Blessed with quick feet that are always balanced, she embodies everything you want in a passer/defender. Every court coach that interacted with her said the same thing about her. They loved her. If you have not seen her ball out, I suggest you give her a look and you will not be disappointed. Please help us congratulate her on earning the Top Performer award for this showcase.
