GJNC Recap: 17U Medals and Stars

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Ohio was well represented at the recent USA Volleyball national championships in Vegas. Teams competed well across all age groups. Here are some of the top results and prospects from both the 17U and 16U age groups.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">17U Results &amp; All Stars</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>AVC 17 Red earned the top finish in this age category as they earned the silver medal in the 17 National division. At 21-6 overall in set record their lone match loss was in the championship bout as they were 10-1 overall. With a record of 7-3 Mintonette m.71 also earned a medal with a 3rd place finish, placing two Ohio squads on the podium. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>In the 17 American division, [program_tooltip program_id='431827' first='Elevation' last=''] 17 Cabo finished 5th overall while NOVA 17 Navy was 19th overall, finishing in the upper half among all teams.
