Her debut season with 17 Alpha was a success, culminating in one more head-turning tenure at AAU Nationals. Gish started her prep career at middle blocker but has migrated to the left pin in high school and club. 17 Alpha takes full advantage of this multi-faceted skill set and can get out of tough situations by looking to Gish on the outside. She still manages to raise the bar anyway and found another gear in Orlando. [program_tooltip program_id='428728' first='River' last='City Jrs'] 17 Navy knew where it was going after a good pass. Vitera works around blockers with her lateral quickness and is a lethal slide scorer in two-hitter rotations. Of course, this 17 Navy star can also slug the ball down on the quick. The team wields Kasischke in several different ways, as this Wahoo prep star won't shy away from hitting slow tempos from the middle. Blodgett can face crosscourt and turn the ball down the line, pulling backcourt defenders out of position. Fullerton carried that banner for 17 Koa and anchored the M1 spot throughout most of the 2024 campaign. Her prowess was on display in Orlando as Fullerton produced several one-on-one blocks and similarly impactful kills in front of the setter. Fullerton's transition footwork has also progressed, leading to several more opportunities to establish her attacking dominance. Her primary responsibilities were in the middle-back area, where Congrove efficiently tracked tips and roll shots.
