With nearly 300 athletes ranked in the class of '25 rankings, and 25+ new additions to this class, it's easy to see why we might miss a few here and there. Here are five that we just discovered, but who have obviously made a name for themselves here and at the collegiate level.

[player_tooltip player_id='529423' first='Brianna' last='Fuquay'], 5-6 MB/DS, Booneville, Wabash Valley commit

Being the small-school program that Booneville is, it makes sense that a kid this compact and athletic plays one of the biggest positions on the court while also being solid on defense and serve receive. Her future has her as a defender, but her ability to play middle should lead you to the conclusion as to her vertical and explosiveness.

[player_tooltip player_id='489961' first='Ashley' last='Hagelskamp'], 5-10 OH, Carmel, Trine commit

Ashley is a big-armed outside that can hammer from not only the front row but from the service line as well. Every swing she takes is high and hard, she hits the edges of the block with pace. She can also hit all of the angles if you give them, and excels when given a line to hit. I like her fearlessness from anywhere, a trait that's not easily learned in a sport taught to minimize errors.

[player_tooltip player_id='539619' first='Mikaela' last='Salinas'], 5-6 OH/DS, Lake Central, IU Columbus commit

A new-ish NAIA program to the local scene is collecting under-the-radar recruits like I collect watches. Mikaela is a smooth and controlled athlete that can pass and defend from anywhere while being able to score points when needed. Tough and gritty, Miss Salinas should fit right in as a solid defender in the River States Conference.

[player_tooltip player_id='573344' first='Mary' last='Herman'], 6-1 MB, Vincennes Rivet, Bellarmine commit

An absolute steal of a recruit for the Knights in Louisville, Mary is a big and physical middle that uses her strength to overpower most smaller blockers. Despite the size of her high school (one of the smallest in the state), Miss Herman still manages to play an open-level schedule for Evansville United. This is about as untapped potential as you can get from southwest Indiana, and she should excel once she gets more high level training at Bellarmine.

Madeline Dotson, 5-10 OH, Providence

Athletic and available, Miss Dotson is a springy and quick outside that can put balls away from anywhere, and might have to do just that to stay competitive in 4A in the Hoosier State. Considering who's graduated from Providence, the offense will be squarely on Madeline's shoulders to continue their winning ways. Keep in mind that this is a two-time defending state champ we're talking about here. She's been trained with some of the best in southern Indiana, and can do anything a six-rotation outside can do.
