Meibers has solid six-rotation skills. At 5'11 she uses her length well in the back-row as she can cover a lot of space in serve receive and defensively while delivering a good ball to help initiate her team's offense. As an attacker, she complements her own passing and defense with a fast arm swing. Meibers has shown good pace and ability to move the ball around through the full scope of the opponent's court. Her complete skills land her in the top-10 in this initial rankings round. Her progress will continue as a member of a very good Seton program.

#11 [player_tooltip player_id='480794' first='Morgan' last='Meiring']

Meiring returns to Fenwick as their top offensive threat from a season ago when they finished 16-7 overall. With over 300 total kills, she averaged 4.4 k/s while picking up nine digs per match. When at the peak of her jump she can get ahold of the ball well with ability to be able to score at the pins and from the back row. More torque in her approach work will create more pace and range. It will be fun to see how she handles the target on her back as one of the top returning attackers in the GCL.

#12 [player_tooltip player_id='480820' first='Lola' last='Waleskowski']

At 6'1, Waleskowski can impact a match in a variety of ways. She was very productive throughout the club season for NKYVC's top 15U team and may see more opportunities this high school season for St. Ursula this season following graduation of some key pieces from 2023. As she has good arm control upon contact, one of the areas she has made noticeable gains and will help her stock to elevate going forward is in her ball control. She moves well and creates good angles to utilize her platform length effectively.

#16 [player_tooltip player_id='480821' first='Maisie' last='Jones']

Jones was a key part of [program_tooltip program_id='430852' first='Tri-State' last='Elite']'s top 15U team over the past several months getting her fair share of opportunities to swing at the net and from the back row. She is an aggressive hitter at the point of contact and can develop good pace with ability to move the ball around as she swings through the back of the ball. Another St. Ursula product, Jones also should see increased opportunities this fall with space in the rotation up for grabs following the 2023 season.

#26 [player_tooltip player_id='480868' first='Finley' last='Carpenter']

The 6'0 Carpenter earned over 150 kills for Oletangy last fall and returns poised to up the ante in her contributions at the net. As a lefty opposite, she can create some match up issues swinging from the right side of the court as shown during the club season with Mintonette. With good awareness of the defense and space in front of her at the net, Carpenter great ability to swing with purpose around the edges of the block.

#27 [player_tooltip player_id='480804' first='Kiley' last='May']

May is a hitter that simply gets to the ball and uses her length and contact point well to hit for points. She is another prospect here that led their team offensively as a freshman as she topped Versailles offensively at 2.9 k/s. The Tigers finished 15-12 overall in 2023. May also added just over eight digs per match. Adding more space in her approach runway and by utilizing a double-arm lift, she will instantly grow more dynamic with added momentum and lift. She will be fun to watch develop and compete over the next few months.
