Unstoppable Pins from the Iowa Sizzle

The Iowa Sizzle was such a fun experience. And there were some pins absolutely pounding balls. Let's take a look at several pins who were unstoppable throughout the event.    You cannot talk about powerhouse pins without starting with [player_tooltip player_id='215385' first='Chloe' last='Meester']. She is absolutely dominant in every aspect of the game. Her volleyball IQ is sky-high, and she seems to know exactly where the ball is going before it even comes over the net. Her power and consistency made her nearly unstoppable at the Sizzle.     Sydney is another dominant pin hitter for Mount Vernon. She has a lightning-fast arm swing and can confidently play all six rotations. She has a lethal swing out of the front and back row and had some jaw-dropping kills at the Sizzle.     Mazie had a huge impact at the Sizzle. She is the type of player that is hard to justify taking off the court. Her power is impressive, but what really sets her apart is her intangibles. She is confident, reads well, and delivers time and time again. Mazie is very competitive on the court and shows a lot of grit and drive.     Alyssa really impressed me with her leadership and timing. She is a crafty pin who knows how to find holes and earn points. Don't worry, though; she also took some absolutely massive rips on the ball. Alyssa's all-around play set her apart during the tournament.     It is hard to believe that Julia is an incoming freshman. Her power and finesse on the pin caught my eye very early in the tournament. She was not afraid to unload on balls that were placed perfectly for her. Julia has a huge amount of talent and potential.     Harper was a go-to hitter for her team. This team showed a lot of grit and scrappy play overall, and Harper could be counted on to terminate balls during long rallies. She took great swings on out-of-system plays and adjusted well to anything that was thrown at her on the court.     Reese wowed at the Sizzle. She is an explosive player and was a consistent force on offense for Regina. She was a go-to hitter and got a lot of opportunities to earn points. Reese was always ready for the ball and was fast in transition.     Very few teams could slow Carly down. It was fun to watch her pick apart opposing defenses. Her leadership on the court was apparent, and she played a big role for Prairie. It is no surprise she is committed to a really solid program at Wichita State, where she could have a huge impact.     Adah never ceases to amaze me. She can terminate across the net and was one of the best blockers at the Sizzle. Her read and timing on blocking are consistent and stop a lot of opposing hitters in their tracks. She was also an offensive weapon for Notre Dame, who traveled to the Sizzle from Wisconsin.     Aubrey was also on a team that traveled from Wisconsin to compete in the Iowa Sizzle. She is an incredibly well-rounded six-rotation athlete. Her setter finds her no matter where she is on the court because she can terminate from nearly anywhere. She has a lot of power but is also smart yet aggressive with her shots.     Bailey showed so much grit at the Sizzle. Denver only played one day of the event, but she caught my eye right away on day 2. Bailey played so smart and crafty yet was able to put a good amount of pace on the ball while still consistently finding the court on the other side of the net. She took some huge rips out of the back row as well and could earn points in all six rotations.
