New Additions to the 2028 Watchlist Vol. 2

<!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">The class of 2028 arrives for the 2024 high school season.</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Our Freshman of the Week segment lists five class of 2028 players on varsity for their teams this season. We will feature any player on the varsity squad, it's an accomplishment whether you are on the court during a match or not. This group of five newcomers has athletes from all over the state, with many being younger sisters and coaches' kids. Facing a Marysville-Pilchuck squad with several good arms, Navaluna hung in against hard, aggressive swings and showed excellent awareness on off-speed shots and tips. Johnson immediately killed two balls to start the set, one from the outside off a tough set, then a right side swing to score. The class of 2028 S/RS has an advanced knowledge of the game, with a family that has been involved in volleyball for some time. The 2028 prospect has a terrific press on her block and is already working hard with her eyes to read and identify attackers. The Lions have plenty of talent around the 5'9" 2028 prospect, and Stephan is racking up assists by spreading the ball around to her attackers.
