<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Aaliyah Jamison, Whitehall</strong></h2>

<p>This sophomore is showing she has a real nose for the ball when it comes to digging up an attack. She's already put up 348 digs through 67 sets of play in 2024, an average of 5.2 per set. She's coming off a 31-dig performance in a four-set win over Manistee this week. It was the second time this year she's gotten to 30+ digs.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Mercedes Carr, Crossroads Charter Academy</strong></h2>

<p>This sophomore has picked up 282 digs for her small-school program. Carr is averaging 5.3 digs per set this fall. On Monday, Carr recorded 42 digs over three sets with Evart, averaging 14 per set. She also had a 45-dig performance against Algoma Christian earlier this season.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='490369' first='Rylee' last='Stanley-Eldred'], East Grand Rapids</strong></h2>

<p>Stanley-Eldred has stepped up her play this fall after seeing limited action as a freshman. She's record 268 digs on the season through 66 sets of play. She's coming off one of her best performances of the year when she had 21 digs in a three-set sweep of Forest Hills Central. Stanley-Eldred has been stepping up against some of the best competition in the state.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='513265' first='Anna' last='Overway'], Plainwell</strong></h2>

<p>One of the primary offensive options for a strong Plainwell team, Overway is also making a big difference as well. Overway is up to 229 digs to go along with her 243-kill total. She shows the ability to quickly transition from offense to defense and vice versa. She's got a lot of athleticism and quickness to make key plays in both aspects of the game.</p>

<p>In order to keep the high-powered Bedford offense going, Russow has to play at a high level. She's recorded 227 digs on the year thus far through 50 sets of play. Russow had 23 digs in a three-set sweep of Pioneer on Tuesday and 17 in a three-set weekend matchup with Frankenmuth. She's consistently up against big hitters and coming through in a big way.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='442994' first='Makayla' last='Naves'], Davison</strong></h2>

<p>Davison is getting big production out of Naves in the back row. She's tallied 221 digs this season in a small amount of sets. Naves is averaging nearly 5 digs per set. She had 34 digs in a recent five-set battle with Mt. Pleasant and has hit double-digits in 11 different matches this year.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Rachel Kirk, St. Johns</strong></h2>

<p>Kirk is getting a chance to step up this fall and she's meeting the call with 218 digs at this point in the season. Kirk has been very steady with her numbers. She had 13 digs in a sweep of Williamston on Wednesday and she's had seven straight matches with at least seven digs.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Jenna Schramer, Vicksburg</strong></h2>

<p>Schramer has recorded 214 digs this season. She's been chipping away at the total, keeping a consistent dig count throughout each match. Schramer has 21 matches with at least five digs, as she's getting more and more comfortable at the varsity level.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Ruby Hughes, Newaygo</strong></h2>

<p>Hughes saw some action last fall and it's allowed her to hit the ground running this season for Newaygo. She's an solid offensive asset that is also proving she can come through with a big dig as well. Hughes has a career-high 207 digs on the season. She's put up double-digit digs in three of her last four matches.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Sage Ososki, Morley Stanwood</strong></h2>

<p>Ososki has been helping the Mohawks pick up a number of wins throughout September. She's recorded 204 digs through 55 sets of play. As of late, Ososki has taken her game to another level. The last four matches where stats were recorded, Ososki had a combined 75 digs in those contests.</p>
