A Throwback In Pictures of Asics Challenge Prime Time Performers!
This weekend some of the top high school volleyball programs in the country will be competing at the Asics Challenge hosted by Mother McAuley in Chicago. Why not take a look at some of the stars of this tournament who are making a name for themselves at the college level.

Two legends in their own right, Anna DeBeer (#14) of Assumption out of Louisville and Head Coach Ron Kordes at the Asics Challenge in 2019. DeBeer is in her graduate year at Louisville, leading the Cardinals to multiple final four appearances.

#1 out of the middle reaching real high is Taylor Trammell of Henry Clay out of Lexington, Kentucky. She is now in her graduate year at Penn State.

Speaking of Penn State, Camryn Hannah is currently having a huge season for the Nittany Lions. Here she is in the 2019 Asics Challenge playing for Marist out of Chicago.

Lindsay Kruse on the far left plays in the Asics Challenge for Omaha Skutt Catholic. Skutt Catholic is currently coming off their 9th straight state title, producing multiple college players.

Sylvie Zgonc out of Sussex Hamilton in the Milwaukee area competing in the Asics Challenge in 2021. Hamilton will be back at the Asics Challenge in 2024. Zgonc is currently a sophomore at South Dakota State where she the 2023 Freshman of the Year.

Kamryn Chaney is another one in the long line of talented Marist athletes who have competed in the Asics Challenge. She is currently one of the top players in the Ivy League playing for Princeton in her sophomore season.

In the red jersey is Gigi Navarrete of Mother McAuley in 2021 where she was a huge spark for the Macs. She is currently a sophomore DS/Libero for Northwestern.

On the far left is Sydney Nolan of Notre Dame Academy out of Park Hills, KY was a dominant force at the Asics Challenge in 2021. She was a member of the All ACC Team as a freshman at North Carolina in 2023 and is currently having a dominant sophomore year at Cincinnati.
